Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, praised his team’s tenacity after they defeated Bodo/Glimt 1-0 on Thursday night in the Europa League.
The first-half goal from Bukayo Saka was sufficient for the Gunners to win all three points in Norway.
“Really pleased with the victory against a squad that has won 14 straight games here.
“It’s not a coincidence, and we were aware that this would be a really trying night.
We made a lot of adjustments once again, but Arteta stated he was happy to “find a way to win football games every three days, under any conditions it’s a fantastic indicator for the club.”
With nine points, two more than PSV Eindhoven, Arsenal is currently in first place in Group A.
