Posted by Less than a day after the death of seasoned Nollywood actor John Okafor, often known as Mr. Ibu, his adopted daughter Jasmine renamed his personal Tiktok account, which had over a million followers.
The late actor’s Tiktok page has been renamed to @LadyJasminec_live, according to a check twiscoloaded conducted on it on Sunday.
Jasmine also seemed to have removed any footage of the deceased actor that didn’t include her.
Social media users are furious over the decision, accusing Jasmine of “tampering” with the late actor’s legacy.
Remember that the actor died on Saturday night, just weeks after leaving the hospital after successful procedures that resulted in the amputation of one leg.
He passed away from cardiac arrest, according to Dr. Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, who verified his passing.
