Following his team’s 3-2 FA Cup victory over Leeds United on Wednesday, Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino took aim at Manchester United icon Gary Neville.

Chelsea won against Leeds United because of a goal by Conor Gallagher in the ninetieth minute.

The most recent victory followed the Blues’ 1-0 loss to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

But after Chelsea beat Leeds, Pochettino could not resist retaliating at Neville.

When Chelsea lost to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final, Neville called the west London team “billion-pound bottlejobs,” which infuriated Chelsea supporters.

If you’re referring about my pal Gary Neville, I believe he was irritated that Liverpool had captured another championship. Pochettino stated to ITV, “That is the truth.”

“With a young team, I don’t think it’s fair to make accusations like this.” Because we are Chelsea, there are enormous expectations, but this team needs to continue to gain confidence.

“The unity is beginning to grow; it cannot be created; it is not magic.”
