In a university in Katsina, five women were abducted by gunmen

On Wednesday morning, five female students from the Federal University, Dutsin-ma (FUDMA) in Katsina State were kidnapped by gunmen thought to be bandits.

twiscocloaded has learned that at around 2:30 in the am, the students were kidnapped from their home along Tsaskiya road, directly opposite Mariamoh Ajiri Memorial International School.

twiscocloaded has corroborated this with multiple sources within the university.

One of them claims that a group of robbers, armed with lethal weapons, surrounded the students’ home on Tsaskiya road and kidnapped them against their will.

The abduction was also confirmed by ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, the public relations officer for the Katsina State Police.

He mentioned that a number of people of interest had been arrested in connection with the investigation.

He added that inquiries were ongoing to determine what had happened and bring the kidnapped students home safely.
