At the biggest soccer tournament in Africa, Osimhen will be playing for the second time.
The 25-year-old took to Super Eagles’ X account to film a quick video in which he chats with supporters.
Afterwards, the fans gathered for a group shot with Osimhen.
In Sunday’s opening match of the 2023 African Football Confederation (AFCON), the Super Eagles will face the Nzalang Nacional of Equatorial Guinea.
Before the match, Osimhen was the only healthy forward on the Super Eagles roster.
