In a recent interview, Jaywon criticized Odumodublvck for parroting Burna Boy’s divisive claim that no one helped him succeed in the Nigerian music scene. Jaywon emphasized that the rapper shouldn’t be making such claim, particularly because his music is “not all that.”
Odumodublvck quickly reacted to his remark, taking to his X handle to criticize Jaywon for undervaluing his music.
In response to Odumodublvck’s outburst, Jaywon asserted that the rapper was merely being conceited and that he should occasionally humble himself to accept advice. Jaywon also emphasized that it is well known that the “Declan Rice” crooner’s music is subpar.
Through X, he wrote: “In my opinion, Odumodu is equally conceited as the others, and while everyone is aware that the song isn’t all that great, I still admire your hard work, bro. Keep sobbing! The folks that stand by you are aware of the reality.
