The four finalists for the award are Sikiru Alimi, Jide Fatokun, Olamilekan Adebayo, and Sodiq Ismail.
Alimi has scored four goals to lead the Sky Blues Stars in scoring, while Ismail, a right back, has contributed the most assists.
Sky Blue Stars teammates Adebayo and Fatokun have also stood out this year.
The awardee will be decided by social media votes from the audience.
Wednesday night’s South West derby saw Remo Stars beat Shooting Stars 3-0.
