After allegedly demanding N10 million in ransom, kidnappers free the last three Iseyin farmers

The last three farmers who were kidnapped in Iseyin, Oyo State, lately have been freed.

Four farmers were kidnapped in an agricultural settlement two weeks ago, the DAILY POST learned.

The kidnappers murdered one of the farmers.

However, TWISCOLOADED has learned that the last three farmers have been freed.

According to reports, the remaining three farmers were freed after the families reportedly paid N10 million.

On Monday, information came to light that the ransom was paid to the captors through their authorized network in order to prevent any further casualties.

Rasheed Adepoju, the agricultural settlement’s chairman, told media that the news of the development had been released.

He stated:

“Although we lament the sad loss of one of the victims at the hands of the kidnappers, we wish to praise God that the other victims have returned home and will soon be reunited with their family.

We’ll speak about this more as time goes on since it’s so surprising.
