Posted by Popular Nigerian afrobeats artist David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, has disclosed that he is now constructing a mansion for himself and his wife, chef Chioma, in the upscale Eko Atlantic city neighborhood of Lagos.
The musician revealed this while participating in the most recent Drink Champs podcast, which N.O.R.E and DJ EFN co-host.
Davido claimed that he would pick the wealthy real estate industry if he had to choose a profession at this time other than music.
“Real estate right now, I’ll say in Lagos,” he remarked. People have been constructing some new, highly effective infrastructures. Definitely a wise investment, I tell you.
“You can purchase a home for about $1.5 million…But you only get like $4 million for it. It is a really wise investment, I can assure you of that. My wife and I are currently building a new home in Eko Atlantic city, which is by the beach. It’s really good. many high-quality structures. Amazing.”
According to twiscoloaded, Davido’s Banana Island estate was recently listed for sale since the singer and his wife allegedly left after their kid, Ifeanyi Adeleke, drowned in the home’s swimming pool.
