Stanley Nwabili, a goalkeeper for Chippa United, was named to Peseiro’s AFCON team, bolstering the department.
The squad also features goalkeepers Francis Uzoho and Olorunleke Ojo.
In the team’s friendly matches against Guinea and Al Gharib, all three players saw action.
“I will decide against Equatorial Guinea,” Peseiro told NFF TV, “but I can’t say for anyone who the first eleven are.” Stanley played on Saturday.
In Sunday’s first match, the Super Eagles will face Equatorial Guinea.
