In just one week, Reno Omokri enumerates President Tinubu’s accomplishments

Days after being sworn in as the president of Nigeria, former presidential aide Reno Omokri listed what he deemed some of President Bola Tinubu’s accomplishments.

In a post on his Facebook page on Tuesday, Omokri said that President Tinubu has demonstrated in a week the capacity of his administration to address important national challenges by making some difficult choices.

Atiku Abubakar, a sociopolitical activist and ardent supporter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s presidential candidate in the most recent election, listed the elimination of the fuel subsidy and the quelling of the Nigeria Labour Congress’s planned statewide strike as some of the accomplishments.

He claimed that President Tinubu had been more approachable to labor and trade unions in one week than President Buhari had been in four.

“Waziri Atiku Abubakar is my preferred choice,” the post states. He would have performed superior to Tinubu. May he win in the presidential election petition court.

But I do see that the fuel subsidy is no longer available. There is now only one Naira exchange rate. The NLC has been convinced to accept logic.

Additionally, President Tinubu meets with the leaders of strategic agencies and provides them with executive guidance. His government has a cordial relationship with the military.

Recently, Nigeria reported a trade surplus. The stock market has gained momentum and surged. Additionally, the nation is relatively peaceful.

Even though President Bola Tinubu is aware of his connections to the cartel, he has done an excellent job during his first week in office.
