Posted by Erik ten Hag, manager of Manchester United, has said that both Anthony Martial and Rasmus Hojlund could start up front in the future.
Since the £72 million transfer of the Danish forward from Atalanta, Ten Hag has continued to use Hojlund as his starting central attacker.
Martial’s lone goal this season came in his most recent start, a Carabao Cup match against Crystal Palace.
Hojlund has scored three times for Manchester United, all in the Champions League.
Ten Hag, however, stated that the two may play together in attack on Tuesday against FC Copenhagen in the Champions League, given that Martial can also play on the left wing.
He explained that they may play together because Anthony Martial was also a bench option.
