Primate Elijah Ayodele, the head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, demanded on Tuesday that Bayo Adelabu, the Minister of Power, be fired for his inability to address Nigeria’s electrical problems.

According to him, Adelabu hasn’t done anything to improve the nation’s circumstances in his position.

Ayodele clarified in a statement signed by his media assistant, Osho Oluwatosin, that a steady supply of energy will lessen the effects of financial hardship on the populace.

“If Tinubu wishes to restructure the electricity industry, he ought to fire Bayo Adelabu, the minister of power.

A state of emergency ought to be proclaimed in that industry as nothing is moving forward. This difficulty will be limited if there is a power source, he said.

Regarding state policing, he counseled President Tinubu that if he wants it to be successful, he should first raise the pay of police officers and troops.

If you want state policing to be successful, you need also raise the pay of our police and military personnel before implementing it. It’s a fantastic project, and the nation does need it, but in order to prevent a good initiative like this from failing, we must follow the standard procedure,” he stated.

Primate Ayodele advised all states to boost agriculture nationwide in order to support the federal government.

He made it clear that addressing the hunger problem will lessen the load on the federal government.

States ought to explore avenues for assisting the federal government, such as providing national support for agriculture. Let’s find a solution to the hunger problem before money kills us. Every state has resources that should be used effectively for the sake of the populace, he continued.
