To attend the Global Financing Pact Summit in Paris, which is being hosted by the French President Emmanuel Macron, President Bola Tinubu has flown from Nigeria to France.
At the time of the president’s departure, the newly appointed acting Inspector General of Police, IGP, Egbetokun, and Service Chiefs bid him farewell.
His media assistant Dayo Olusegun tweeted about his vacation to France.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu heads to France ahead of the Global Financing Pact Summit convened by President Emmanuel Macron in Paris,” Olusegun wrote in a post sharing a video of Tinubu’s departure. The newly appointed Service Chiefs and the new Acting IGP Egbetokun line up to say goodbye to him. On Saturday, Mr. President is scheduled to fly back to Nigeria.
