On a pass from Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa, Osimhen turned Inigo Martinez right inside the penalty box and rocketed home a shot from 14 yards out, demonstrating impressive strength.
The striker had not scored a goal in the UEFA Champions League prior to this match.
In the contest, the 25-year-old played for 75 minutes.
