Gov. Namadi expresses his condolences to the family and friends of Baffa, head of the Jigawa Elders Forum

Jigawa State Governor Umar Namadi lamented the passing of Sulaiman Baffa, the head of the Jigawa Elders Forum and the previous head of the Nigerian Printing and Minting Company.

After a long illness, Alhaji Sulaiman Baffa passed away in the wee hours of Tuesday morning at the age of 85.

“Sulaiman Baffa served Nigeria, Jigawa State in various positions; his dedication to helping others and willingness to give up his own comforts will never be forgotten.

Namadi sent his condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues, as well as the people of Jigawa and Nigeria.

He hoped that the departed would rest in peace and prayed for the family’s strength.

On Tuesday night, in accordance with Islamic law, Baffa was laid to rest in Kano.
