Posted by A tanker explosion at a gas station in the Rigasa neighborhood of Kaduna State injured at least 20 people.
This was revealed in an interview with NAN on Thursday in Kaduna by Mr Paul Aboi, Director of the Kaduna State Fire Service.
Aboi reported that five federal firefighters were among the injured, along with members of the Kaduna Vigilance Service and bystanders.
According to the director, the injured firefighters are being cared for at the Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna.
He claims that the event happened on Wednesday as the tanker was unloading gasoline at the station.
Aboi said that the accident occurred because the gas station was careless in unloading the gasoline so late in the day.
