He stated that the legacy that the Buhari administration left behind was that there was no region of Nigeria under the control of rebels and terrorists, which was the situation in 2015 when he first became President of Nigeria.

“Unlike when he came to power in 2015, Boko Haram does not control a single territory at this time.” This is due to the military’s firm stance in its fight against terrorists and insurgents, which has led to this result. According to what he said, the military was supplied with an adequate amount of equipment.
“The traditional ruler suggested to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Federal Government that they should give more responsibility to the younger generation in order to reduce the risk of instability.
“In order for the federal government to effectively combat the issue of national security, the youth of the country need to be given more agency. Insurgents and terrorists do not pull new members down from the clouds. They seek to hire members of our young population that is now jobless.
It is the responsibility of the federal government to offer social security. If a person does not have a good job, the government ought to make it possible for them to receive stipends until they find a good employment.
“That is what affords them success in other countries. Because of this, the majority of young people who are healthy enough to travel are doing so in droves. They take pleasure in making social investments in those communities.
“President Tinubu is a man who gets things done. He is not only intellectually qualified for the position, but he also possesses the talent of recognizing exceptionally bright minds. “He ought to look for these people so that they can assist him in carrying out his mandate,” he went on to say.
